Technical & Infrastructure Consultant
Ricardo Infrastructure & Technical Feasibility Consultant External consultant based in New York, specialized in infrastructure and electrical-mechanical design for residential and investment real estate projects. At Dr. Housing, Ricardo is responsible for validating the technical and functional feasibility of each project, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and the proper execution of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. His expertise provides technical solidity, reduces risk, and supports investment decisions with real, well-founded criteria, beyond aesthetics.

Client Relations & Sales Manager
Jimena has been a key member of the DR Housing team for over five years, playing an integral role in the management, preparation, and professional presentation of residential properties for sale and lease. She brings strong operational experience in handling listings, coordinating property information, and overseeing the production of visual assets, ensuring that every property is presented with a consistent, refined, and understated aesthetic aligned with the firm’s brand identity.
